For many grocery chains, refrigeration cases and HVAC equipment are considered to be critical, and are closely monitored. So Verisae worked on an initiative with United Supermarkets for managing alarms.

For United Supermarkets, there are 120,000+ raw alarms generated across the enterprise every month. This information about alarms is important and necessary for long-term pattern analysis, root cause analysis, and verification purposes after the work has been completed. But realistically, who can manage 120,000+ alarms? Instead, we created key processes to help reduce the noise.
