GPS Stretches Limo Company's Visibility

Real-time fleet tracking and safety monitoring have helped Atlantic Limousine and Transportation grow without adding to its administrative burden.
When it comes to fleet tracking, Atlanta-based Atlantic Limousine and Transportation was ahead of the curve in its region. The company first began using GPS years ago — far ahead of its local competitors.
While the company now operates a fleet of some 67 limousines, minibuses, coaches, and vintage Rolls Royces, back then they had just six vehicles. “At the time, the drivers took the vehicles home,” says Hoss Oskouie, co-owner and operations manager at Atlantic. “I might not see those cars for several days in a row. I wanted to have control and know where they were, and I wanted to make sure the vehicle was being used properly and that all of the mileage was legitimate.”
