Mobile technology can do great things to improve productivity and accuracy in a field service operation, but it isn’t a magic pill. Improvements are only realized when the right technology is applied in the right way. Each business has its own unique needs and requirements; deploying a general-purpose field service solution and some smartphones is no guarantee that you’ll see any benefits.
